How to Perform Anant Chaturdashi Puja

• On Anant Chaturdashi, devotees worship Lord Vishnu in his Anant form seated on Sheshnag. Here are the key steps of the puja:
• Wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and wear clean clothes. Then take a vow for the fast by holding water in your hand.
• Set up a puja platform and place an idol or picture of Lord Vishnu on it. A picture showing Lord Vishnu seated on Sheshnag is most suitable.
• Prepare an Anant Sutra with 14 knots. The thread can be made of silk or cotton. Each knot symbolizes the 14 worlds of Lord Vishnu.
• Bathe Lord Vishnu with Panchamrit (a mix of milk, curd, ghee, honey, and Ganga water). Then offer sandalwood paste, roli, rice, incense, lamp, flowers, and naivedya (kheer, puri, sweets).

Place the Anant Sutra at Lord Vishnu’s feet and worship it. Recite the following mantras during the puja:
