a. For Indian Users:
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
b. For Users Outside India:Payments are processed via Stripe using secure web checkout..
c. Google Play Billing Policy Compliance:Trilok provides real-world consultation and spiritual services (e.g., chat, call, puja bookings). These are real-world services, not digital goods or subscriptions, and are therefore exempt from Google Play Billing under Section 3 – Real-World Services Exception.
d. Currency:All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
e. Non-Refundable Transactions:All services, including astrology consultations, puja bookings, and spiritual material deliveries, are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical errors.
a. Non-Refundable Services:
Confirmed bookings and consultations are non-refundable.
b. User Cancellations:User-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling may be allowed as per the service provider’s discretion.
c. Cancellations by Trilok or Service Providers:If Trilok or a service provider cancels a booking, the user will receive either: A rescheduled slot at no extra cost, or Equivalent in-app credit usable on the Trilok Platform.
d. Exceptional Refunds:Refunds are considered only in cases of duplicate payments, verified technical issues, or fraudulent transactions.
e. Chargebacks:Unauthorized or repeated chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
We may share limited data with trusted partners to facilitate services: Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) — for payment processing. Customer Support Providers — to resolve queries or complaints. Analytics Providers (Firebase, Crashlytics) — to monitor and improve app stability. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing or advertising purposes. We may disclose data only if required by law or to prevent fraud or misuse.

No in-app purchases or paid gaming features exist.
Points or rewards earned are usable only within the app (e.g., for puja or consultation credits) and have no cash value.If in the future any in-app purchases are added, they will fully comply with Google Play Billing Policies.
