These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online portal, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces provided by Trilok Adhyatma Darshan Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), including its affiliates. The Platform offers spiritual services including astrological consultations, puja bookings, chadawa offerings, and allied ritual support. By accessing, downloading, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE, ELIGIBILITY, AND CONSENT

1.1 Scope of Services

• The Platform is accessible via web and mobile applications.

• Services include astrology consultations, puja bookings, chadawa offerings, ritual kits, and spiritual reports.

• Services are categorized as Free and Paid, with varying levels of personalization and delivery formats.

1.2 User Eligibility

• Only individuals aged 18 years and above, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may use the services.

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and agree to keep it updated.

• Usage rights are personal and non-transferable.

1.3 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials (including OTPs).

• All activities under a user account are the sole responsibility of the user.

• The Company is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access or data breaches beyond its control.

2. EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

2.1 Emergency Situations

• If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, immediately contact emergency services or a suicide prevention helpline (e.g., AASRA: 91-22-27546669).

• The Platform is not designed to handle such emergencies, and Service Providers cannot offer clinical or crisis support.

2.2 Medical Advice Limitation

• The Platform does not provide clinical diagnosis or medical treatment recommendations.

• Any health-related advice received through astrology or puja services must be disregarded in favor of professional medical consultation.

3. ADVISORY & PUJA SERVICES – LIABILITY LIMITATION

3.1 Platform Role

• Trilok acts as an intermediary between users and spiritual service providers (Astrologers, Purohits, Ritual Experts).

• The Company does not validate or guarantee the effectiveness of any advice, remedy, or ritual outcome.

3.2 Disclaimer on Predictions & Ritual Outcomes

• All astrological guidance and puja outcomes are subjective and based on traditional interpretations.

• Users engage with services at their own discretion, and any decisions made are their sole responsibility.

• The Company is not liable for third-party content, external websites, or ritual efficacy.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• No warranty is made regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of information or services.

4. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Order Cancellation

• No refund is issued once a puja or astrology order is executed.

• Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of payment and are subject to Company discretion.

4.2 Refunds for Reports & Technical Issues

• No refund is issued once a request reaches the “processing” stage.

• Technical delays or glitches during report generation or puja scheduling are not eligible for refund.

4.3 Incorrect Data

• Refunds are not issued for incorrect birth details, puja preferences, or contact numbers.

• Corrections may be requested within 1 hour of service execution.

4.4 Call with Astrologer / Puja Coordination

• No refund for calls that connect successfully or for incorrect contact numbers provided by the user.

4.5 Subscription Services

• Refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis for delays in subscription activation.

• All refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours by the customer care team.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED USE

5.1 Content Restrictions

Users must not post or transmit content that is:

• Unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.

• Promoting criminal activity or civil liability.

• Related to pornography, drugs, firearms, or religiously sensitive practices like witchcraft or voodoo.

5.2 Technical Restrictions

Users must not:

• Resell or commercially exploit the Platform without written consent.

• Transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code.

• Copy or reproduce any part of the service without authorization.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the award rendered shall be final and binding.

• Subject to the arbitration clause, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
