This Shipping Policy outlines how Trilok Adhyatma Darshan Pvt Ltd (“Trilok”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles the packaging, dispatch, delivery, and tracking of physical products ordered through www.trilok.app and the Trilok mobile applications (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Scope of Shipping Services

This policy applies to all physical items sold and delivered via the Platform, including: Puja kits and ritual materials Temple-sourced offerings (e.g., prasad, yantras, blessed items) Customised spiritual packages curated for specific rituals or festivals Digital services such as consultations, reports, and Ask a Question responses are not governed by this policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: Available across India to all serviceable pin codes. International Shipping: Available to select countries. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on your delivery address. Restrictions: Certain items (e.g., perishable prasad, liquids, fragile idols) may not be eligible for international delivery due to customs or carrier limitations. You will be notified at checkout if an item cannot be shipped to your location.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation, depending on product availability and temple processing time. Domestic delivery: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch. International delivery: Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier timelines. Temple-sourced items: Items requiring ritual preparation or blessings may take longer to dispatch. Estimated timelines will be shown at checkout. Delays: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to festivals, temple closures, customs inspections, or courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Domestic shipping: Standard shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. International shipping: Charges vary by destination, weight, and carrier. Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Express delivery: If available, express options may incur additional charges. Remote area surcharge: Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in Trilok’s pricing and are the responsibility of the recipient. Trilok is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by customs clearance issues.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Trilok Mobile App only. You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section of your Trilok account. Tracking updates are provided by our logistics partners and may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

7. Packaging and Handling

All items are securely packaged to preserve sanctity, freshness, and physical integrity. Temple-sourced items are handled with care and may include ritual markings, mantras, or protective wrapping as per tradition. Fragile items (e.g., idols, lamps) are cushioned and boxed to prevent damage in transit.

8. Delivery Attempts and Rejections

Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to origin. If you miss delivery or reject the package without valid reason, the order will be marked as undelivered and no refund will be issued (see Refund Policy). For re-delivery requests, additional charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trilok.app with: Order ID Photos of the packaging and items Description of the issue Trilok will investigate and, if verified, may offer a replacement or platform credit. Refunds are not issued for shipping-related issues unless explicitly approved.
