Practical Tips

  • Keep a steady pace; pronounce with care, devotion over perfection.
  • If a specific graha is afflicted, add its stuti 11 extra times after the full Chalisa.
  • Offer charity aligned to the planet (food, grains, clothes) on its weekday.
  • Maintain a simple journal of mood, sleep, and outcomes to observe improvements.
  • Combine with good karma: honesty, service, and restraint amplify results.

Closing Prayer

May the Nine Planets be pleased. May their light balance our lives, dispel suffering, and guide us to wisdom, compassion, and fulfillment.
