Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya
I bow in reverence to Lord Vasudeva, the Supreme Being who pervades all existence. Chanting this Mool Mantra invokes peace, purity, and divine grace. It is a sacred salutation to Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the universe.
Narayanaaya Vidmahe, Vasudevaya Dhimahi, Tanno Vishnuh Prachodayat.
We meditate upon the divine form of Lord Narayana and contemplate upon Lord Vasudeva. May Lord Vishnu, the all-pervading protector, inspire and illuminate our intellect towards righteousness and spiritual awakening.
Krishnaya Vasudevaya Haraye Paramatmane, Pranata Klesha Nashaya Govindaya Namo Namah.
Salutations to Lord Krishna, the son of Vasudeva, the Supreme Soul, and remover of all sorrows. This mantra eradicates mental, physical, and spiritual sufferings, filling life with bliss and divine protection.

I bow before Lord Vishnu, who is serene and rests upon the cosmic serpent Adishesha. His navel bears the lotus of creation, and He sustains the entire universe. His form is radiant like dark clouds, His eyes resemble lotus petals, and He is adorned with divine beauty. Beloved of Goddess Lakshmi and accessible to yogis through deep meditation, Lord Vishnu removes all fears and grants liberation to His devotees.
Om Namo Bhagavate MahaSudarshanaya Vasudevaya Dhanvantaraye, Amritakalash Hastaya Sarvabhaya Vinashaya Sarvaroga Nivaranaya, Trilokapathaya Trilokanathaya Shri MahaVishnu Swaroopa, Shri Dhanvantari Swaroopa Shri Shri Shri Aushadhachakra Narayanaya Namah. Om Namo Bhagavate Dhanvantaraye Amrita Kalasha Hastaya, Sarva Amaya Vinashanaya Trilokanathaya Shri MahaVishnave Namah.
I offer my salutations to Lord Dhanvantari, the divine physician, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Holding the pot of nectar in His hands, He eliminates all diseases, fears, and sufferings. Worshipping this form bestows good health, long life, and spiritual strength.
Chanting Vishnu mantras should be done with devotion and purity of heart. Perform your japa during Brahma Muhurta (early morning hours) facing east. Light a ghee lamp before the image of Lord Vishnu or Shaligram Shila. Use a Tulsi mala for chanting, as it is dear to Lord Vishnu.
Observe calmness of mind and focus on the divine form of Vishnu while chanting. Avoid anger, negativity, and impure food during the sadhana. Offering Tulsi leaves, yellow flowers, and clarified butter (ghee) to the deity enhances the results of the mantra.
Regular recitation of Vishnu mantras removes karmic obstacles and grants divine protection. It blesses devotees with inner peace, prosperity, health, and spiritual elevation. The mantras invoke balance in life, remove fear, and guide one towards the path of dharma and moksha.
Those suffering from planetary afflictions or mental unrest gain relief and stability. Chanting these mantras with faith brings harmony in relationships, enhances wisdom, and draws the grace of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi together.
